The SMAPRO 150D electronic spot welder is suitable for welding enameled wire or metal wire with a diameter of Φ0.02-0.45mm. It employs advanced dual-pulse control technology with slow-rising and slow-falling preheating and enamel removal pulses, effectively reducing spatter during welding and extending the life of the welding head. Using a pressure sensor and electronic control system, it precisely controls the output voltage, time, and welding pressure. A built-in current sensor monitors the quality of each weld point. It features stable output, precise control of welding energy, small weld points, good conductivity, low signal attenuation, accurate welding head positioning, and long service life. It can directly weld enameled wire, all-metal wire, metal strips, metal sheets, solar cells, etc. It is widely used for contact welding of various micro-components and is currently widely used by manufacturers of surface mount inductors, surface mount transformers, micro-sounders, high-frequency communication components, inductive IC cards, watch coils, modules, etc.
